3D Printing & Fabrication

If it's broken, obsolete, or never existed — we'll make it. Industrial materials, functional parts, real solutions.

What I Print

Replacement Parts

Automotive clips, appliance latches, machinery guides, HVAC components — if it's plastic and they don't make it anymore, we'll print it better than the original.

Common jobs: Car door clips, dishwasher racks, conveyor guides, vent covers.

Custom Mounts & Brackets

Network gear, cameras, sensors, tools, automotive equipment — I design and print mounts that fit your space, not off-the-shelf compromises.

Common jobs: AP ceiling mounts, camera brackets, tool holders, battery racks.

Enclosures & Housings

Weatherproof boxes, control panel enclosures, protective covers — custom sizes, gasket channels, mounting points.

Common jobs: Sensor housings, electrical boxes, equipment covers, outdoor enclosures.

Signage & Displays

Lighted signs, nameplates, business displays — designed, printed, and wired. Ready to hang.

Common jobs: Business signs, warning labels, laser-etched nameplates, display stands.

Prototypes

Got an idea? We'll print it fast so you can test fit, function, and form before committing to production.

Common jobs: Product prototypes, concept models, fitment testing, iterative design.

Laser Etching

Permanent serialization, branding, warning labels on printed parts. Traceability built in.

Common jobs: Serial numbers, logos, QR codes, safety labels, part numbers.

How 3D Printing Pricing Works

Two-part pricing: Filament + Print Service Fee

  • Filament cost: Priced based on Bambu Lab retail pricing. Covers material, shipping, and storage.
  • Print service fee: Covers machine time, power, wear, setup/slicing, and basic post-processing (support removal, cleaning).
  • Total cost: Filament + Print Fee = Your Price. Detailed quote provided before printing.

Design work, laser etching, and advanced post-processing (sanding, vapor smoothing, painting) are quoted separately.

Filament Pricing (at cost)

Filament costs based on current Bambu Lab retail pricing. Prices vary by color and availability — I'll confirm current pricing in your quote.

Print Service Fees

Service fees cover machine time, power, wear, setup/slicing, and basic post-processing (support removal, cleaning). Pricing based on print time and quality level.

Standard Quality (0.2mm layer)

$0.05-0.08/gram

Most common choice. Good balance of speed and finish. Functional parts, prototypes.

High Quality (0.12mm layer)

$0.08-0.12/gram

Visible surfaces, cosmetic prints, detailed models. Smooth finish, longer print time.

Draft Quality (0.28-0.32mm layer)

$0.03-0.05/gram
