Remote Tech Support
$25/hr
30-minute minimum. Most issues resolved in 30-60 minutes, so a typical call runs $13-25. Available nationwide, no travel fee.
3D Printing & Fabrication
From $10.00
Filament at cost plus a $5.00 setup fee and a per-gram rate that drops on bigger jobs. A 1kg print runs about $52; a small bracket about $10.
On-Site Work
$45-85/hr
Or priced per unit: cameras from $75 each, access points from $125, smart devices from $45. 2-hour minimum, travel free within 25 miles.
Equipment is quoted separately at actual retail cost — I show you the receipts, and there is no markup. You approve the full quote before any work begins.

Cameras, access points, racks, cable — all quoted at actual retail cost, and I show you the receipts. I'm not tied to a brand, so I design around equipment you already have rather than replace what works. You approve the full quote before any work begins.
First hour on site is free
I come out, look at the job, take measurements, and give you a written estimate. No charge for the first hour, and no obligation to book.
30-day callback on installs
If something I installed fails within 30 days, I come back and fix it at no charge. On printed parts: if it doesn't fit or work, I make it right.
Cloud-free by default
Automation and networks that keep working when the internet doesn't. No subscriptions, no external dependencies, no data leaving your property.
Rush work when you need it
Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days. 48-hour and 24-hour rush available when I have capacity, priced up front so there are no surprises.
