Messy cables? I route, bundle, label and dress everything, so the next person to open the rack can follow it.
Includes: Cable trays, ties, labels, strain relief.
Smart Home Devices
Sensors, smart switches, controllers — installed and integrated with your Home Assistant system.
Includes: Device pairing, automation setup, testing.
Lutron & Premium Lighting
Lutron Caséta, RA3, Philips Hue, Aqara, Shelly — installation and integration for whole-home lighting control.
Includes: Switch/dimmer installation, hub setup, Home Assistant integration, automation programming.

Mounting
I don't just screw things to the wall. I find studs, use proper anchors, level everything, and ensure a secure, long-lasting install.
Cable Management
Hidden cables where possible, bundled and dressed where visible. I treat your space with respect — no dangling wires, no drill dust left behind.
Testing & Commissioning
Tested before I leave. Network checked, cameras angled and recording, automations triggered, client trained.
Cleanup
I clean up after myself. Vacuum drill dust, remove packaging, leave your space as I found it (but with working tech).

Equipment (cameras, access points, racks, cables, servers, etc.) is quoted separately at actual retail cost. Your quote will clearly show:
- Equipment cost (actual retail price — receipts provided)
- Installation labor (from the pricing below)
- Travel fee (if applicable)
- Total project cost
No markup on hardware. No hidden fees. You approve the full quote before any work begins.
Remote Support
$25/hr (30-minute minimum)
Phone or screenshare troubleshooting for existing installations. Configuration help, device pairing, automation tweaks.
No travel needed. Most issues resolved in 30-60 minutes.
Per-Unit Pricing
Fixed price per piece — the rate drops on larger jobs
- Security cameras: $75 each (1-2), $65 (3-5), $55 (6+)
- WiFi access points: $125 each (1-2), $105 (3-5), $90 (6+)
- Smart home devices: $45 each (1-5), $38 (6-10), $35 (11+)
Mounting, cable run, configuration and testing included. Equipment quoted separately at cost.
Hourly Rates
$45-85/hour depending on complexity
- Simple mounting (shelves, brackets, displays): $45/hr
- Network equipment (racks, switches, patch panels): $60/hr
- Complex installs (structured wiring, multi-room): $85/hr
For open-ended work that isn't priced by the piece. Most residential jobs: 2-4 hours | 2-hour minimum
Site Visits & Quotes
First hour FREE
I'll come out, assess the job, take measurements, and provide a detailed written estimate — no charge for the first hour.
After first hour: $45/hr
Travel fee may apply for distances over 25 miles. Quote fee credited toward project if approved within 7 days.
